2. Data Subjects
   • Visitors of Supervisor.com website: General location and device-related information of all visitors (depending on choices made when interacting with the GDPR information box that appears during the first visit) is recorded in Google’s tracking services (Google Analytics and Google Search Console). The data collected by Google cannot identify or single out an individual customer. However, the device used may be identifiable if cookies are allowed on the user’s browser. (See Section 3a.)

3. Purpose and Basis for Maintaining the Register
   a) Google Analytics data: Information such as usage time, device location at the time of use, and technical details of the device are used to monitor and improve marketing activities. Google’s Privacy Policy.
   b) Contact form submissions: Information provided via the contact form is stored to enable responses to customer inquiries. The following data is recorded in the content management system:
   • Name entered on the form
   • Company name
   • Email address
   • Phone number
   • Message content
     c) Chat service data: Information provided by the customer through the chat service (SuperBot). The following details are requested:
   • Name
   • Company name
   • Company domain
   • Email address
   • Phone number
     d) Meta Pixel data: Meta Pixel is a tracking technology by Meta (Facebook) used to track visitor interactions with websites after clicking an ad placed in Meta’s services. Learn more about Meta Pixel.
4. Rights of the Data Subject
   Data subjects have the right to:
   • Inspect the personal data we have stored (request via email).
   • Request the deletion or correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
5. Regular Data Disclosures
   We do not disclose information obtained via the contact form to third parties, except for data directly sent by the browser to Google and Meta.
6. Data Retention Period
   Data is retained for a maximum of five years.
7. Processors of Personal Data
   The data controller and authorized employees.
8. Data Transfers Outside the EU
   Personal data is not transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area (EEA).

   We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

    Access to our systems requires a username and password. Our IT environment is protected by firewalls and other technical means. Access to register data is restricted to specific, pre-authorized employees.
